Week Two
This week I can finally do a full cartwheel, but not very well. It's very sloppy. I have discovered the physics of a cartwheel!!! I know all the muscles you need. It isn't as hard as I thought it would be to do a cartwheel. The physcics of doing a cartwheel are kind of simple. The person falls forward and the inertia carries the person forward until their hands touch the ground. Momentum brings the person's feet over and to the ground. Finally, the momentum from that brings you up. The muscles you need are shoulder, stomach, and arm muscles.

Week 1
So far I have learned the basics of how to do a cartwheel. I haven't figured out the physics of it yet. I also, learned the muscles you need to do a cartwheel. There are many things you have to do to successfully do a cartwheel. I haven't been able to do a full cartwheel yet, so I probably gotta get a little stronger.
I have been having a few challenges. I haven't been able to find the perfect place to do a cartwheel yet. Also, it is hard to get over. I am surprised by how hard it is to do a cartwheel. I find it interesting how many different muscles are required to do a cartwheel. Over, the next weeks I will try and train every day to do a cartwheel. Hopefully next week I will be able to do a full cartwheel.
